Ward was born at MonroeLouisianaon 14 April1976. She attended a private Christian elementary school known as Monroe Christian School. She was a student at Ouachita High School to complete the second semester of her education. She then transferred from there to River Oaks High School after the summer. After graduating the school she attended was Northeast Louisiana University. Ward was 13 when she began modeling after she left the school. She moved in New York to pursue this career. In the years following she made the decision to take up acting. At first, in the 1970s she acted as an uncredited character in All My Children. A year later she was cast for the NBC premiertime drama for teens Malibu Shores. Late in 1996, she was in the role as Meg Cummings on Sunset Beach. In 1999she began to pursue her own film career, playing The psychotic Brittany Foster in the erotic thriller The In Crowd. While the film failed to be a success in theaters however it did well in the world of cable and DVD. Ward made a cameo appearance for the film Shallow Hal - a smash hit - the following year. Also, she has appeared in a variety of direct-to-DVD films and has made guest appearances in various TV shows most notably Friends. The character in the role of Chloe Kmet was hers in 2009 when she was the mother of a teenage girl in the ABC Family drama Make It or Break It. Her personal life includes a marriage to the producer David C. Robinson. They have the name of a son, Cameron.
